  • 10g oolong tea

Instructions

Step 1: Brew the tea

Put 10 grams of oolong tea into a jar and rinse it in hot water. After that, add 150ml of boiled water and let the tea brew. After about 10 minutes, remove the tea leaves to get the tea liquor.

Step 1: Prepare the mango tea

Put 10g oolong tea into a jar, 20ml boiled water. Gently shake to warm the jar and rinse the tea. Pour the water, add 200ml of hot water, and let the tea brew for 5 minutes. Allow the tea to cool down and keep it in the fridge. 

Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. Put mango pieces and mango syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. 

Step 2: Prepare the cream cheese

First, let 200g cream cheese sit at room temperature until it softens. Add 15g sugar in the bowl of cream cheese, then mix well. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of salt with 100ml milk, slowly pour the mixture into the bowl. Use a whisk to beat until the mixture has a thick consistency. 

Step 3: Assemble

Put the mango mixture into the tea liquor and stir well. Prepare a cup of ice, pour the mango tea and a layer of cream cheese on top to finish. Now you get a delicious cup of tea with rich flavors.
