Goji berry, also known as wolfberry, is considered a superfruit. This ingredient can be eaten directly or used to create a herbal infusion by steeping in hot water. Originating from China, it is often offered in red dried form with the raisin size.

So, how do goji berries taste? They taste slightly sweet, occasionally tart and have a faintly herbal aftertaste. Dried goji berries are chewy and often taste more bitter than fresh ones. Thanks to their good nutrients, they are used as a traditional medicinal component.

Tea leaves

Tea was first consumed in China thousands of years ago. In orange cinnamon goji berry tea, fresh tea leaves are harvested from tea farms in the mountainous regions, mostly in northern Vietnam. These areas normally have an altitude of over 1000 meters above sea level.
