Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon yerba mate
  • Fresh ginger
  • Some fresh peppermint leaves
  • Sugar or honey to sweeten

Instructions

  •  Peel and wash the ginger, then cut it into slices.
  • Mix peppermint leaves, 2-3 fresh ginger slices, and yerba mate in a strainer.
  • Put it into a mug and pour about a cup of boiling water.
  • Let the mixture steep for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the strainer and add some sugar or honey based on your taste. You can also enjoy it unsweetened.
