Ingredients

  • 2 corn ears
  • 220 ml of sugar-free milk
  • 125 ml of condensed milk or sugar 
  • 1l of water
  • 2-3 pandan leaves (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the corn ears

  • Remove the corn husks and keep the young leaves. Wash the leaves and tie them together. Boiling them with corn can make the water sweeter.
  • Wash the pandan leaves and tie them into a knit. 
  • Add 1l of water to a pot and bring it to the heat. Add the corn and leaves to the pot and cook under medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. 
  • Take the corn out and let it cool. Use a knife to separate the corn kernels from the cob. 

Step 2: Blend the corn

  • Add the corn kernels and corn-boiled water in a blender. 
  • Puree the mixture.
  • Use a sieve to remove the corn residue. 

Step 3: Cook the corn milk

  • Add the corn water, fresh milk, and condensed milk into a pot.
